Does anyone know if the end of the hat rounds repeats until the hat is 7.5/8/8.5 inches from the center (radius) or 7.5/8/8.5 inches across (diameter)?
Repeat Rnd(s) 7-8 until hat measures approx 7.5 (8.0, 8.5) inches / 19 (20.3, 21.6) cm from beginning. “From beginning” means that you have to measure the length of your hat from center/ or from 1 st round.
